Problems received requested parts for new goal.

I have sent my neighbors a request for the Acorn Acuator including stormie?, my neighbors are pretty good at gifting and replying to my request. I have only received the part from Stormie and none of my other neighbors. I have asked a few and they cant recall getting a request from me. When I tried to send the request again, I got the message that I had already asked them for help. I have never had this problem before. Is anyone else having this problem please. I normally would have the 12 parts for one oven by this stage of the goal. Is there anything I can do please?
