Open vs closed

Will I get more customers leaving my game open and running? Or is it the same as when it's closed?

Leaving it open and running causes the game to factor in your bakery's layout. So if your layout is efficient then you will make more money than when the game is closed.

Thank you. Would that mean if the seats were blocked, you'd still make money if the game is closed? Or if you had too few seats it wouldn't matter?

I'm not sure, but it is best if your seats are accessible.
