I noticed since the update maintenance that stuff i had previously purchased suddenly is showing as never having been bought. Im now wondering what else such as box prizes and gem items is now gone. My trust in using real money in this game is waining right now.
same here :( even more so with the missing "watch videos for gems" option

Also, noticed for a few day now, have been missing the free gems icon.
This bug thread refers to items under your inventory and not gem feature. You contact Support: support form for an agent to check on your gem feature. :)
I've been playing this game along time. I owned most of these items. Storm8 deleted them from my shop and now wants me to repurchase them with diamonds. Really bad move.
The Community Manager did a check on this earlier. The only way that these seasonal items can be removed is if they are sold. Please send a list of your missing items to Support: support form for further investigations.Quote:

As I said I have been playing this game along time and collected a large assortment of holiday decor. It's all missing from my bakery and I did not sell them. I believe they were removed by Storm8 during an update.
