My Gems Went Missing Again

Hello, this is daughteroftheking33, and I play Bakery Story. About 14 minutes ago I came to realise that my gems went missing. This not only happened one time, but 2 times. Is this being purposely done? I have been trying very hard to save up to expand, but by this keep happening, me saving up is almost impossible. I had 62 gems and now I have 38 gems. Please, I beg you, give me back my gems. I rarely purchase gem boxes. I play Bakery Story for hours everyday. I'm very dismayed. I have tried to make ticket requests, but each ticket request says it has been closed. I need help. I have spent too much on this game to get this treatment in return. Help! I believe there is a glitch in this game.
