Changing games over to new device?

Hi Everyone,
I just got a new Samsung tablet . I went to sign into the BS and RS for my games to go across and its asking for a password, I don't remember having to use one before. I tried doing a I don't remember to reset the password but that didn't work either. Any ideas? Has this happened to you?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
