Dream Life - Please help!!

Well, I'm trying to enjoy playing Home Design Story: Dream Life, but there's been many bugs on my game.
I cant get past level 12. I keep leveling up to level 12 everytime I play the game. When I go back to the game, I'm on level 11, and I have to do all over again, I lose everything I've done. Geee!! :(
I can't get past on s**** level. It always goes back to level 4.
I can't see my neighbors avatars. No avatars at all!!
My gifts page is empty.
I have already deleted the game and reinstalled it again. Nothing's changed.
I'm playing the game on my iPhone 4, iO5.
Can someone help me please? Like I said, I'm trying to enjoy the game.
