This has happened 2 times now. Very frustrated. I checked the collect them all list and the snail mail has been ticked off but I haven't got it in my cellar. All other turn ins are ok just the pet. What is going on?

Recommendation to logansmil and gdr4gon: take screenshots of the checked-off prize as evidence that you should have received the pet...but didn't.

I tried to attach the screenshots. I think they are showing on the full site but not when viewed on a mobile. Not sure if I have uploaded it properly. I did try to follow the instructions on how to post a photo.

OMG.......So went to play again just now, looked in my cellar and low and behold my snail mails where there. Thank you Storm8 and Judy.
