Connection Problem and App Kicking me out

i keep getting the no internet connection notification on my game. it keeps doing it even though my wifi is working good! my mom and my sister play restaurant story and NOT ONCE has that "oh darn no internet connection" notification popped up on their screen but only on mine and i don't understand why. i've turned off my wifi turned off my phone and i deleted my app multiple times and it STILLLL DOESN'T WORK IT KEEPS POPPING UP! and now when i send my neighbors gifts it kicks me out of the app. please help ): it's sooo annoying that i can't play my game without that notification popping up. i've contacted the support email but unfortunately they aren't responding to any individual requests
