Lost 49 gems and no one helps

No new updates for the last months and today I lost my last 49 gems because of the slot trap and no one can help! I sent a form and I got the response that my ticket has been closed and that they are unable to reverse any exchanges in Fashion Story. I'm very upset and I think I'll quit the game for good.

Welcome to the club, it took me 79 gems for getting the items right now for 79 gems.
The game becomes so annoying I feel like deleting it
