Stormy's Store is Glitching

I just went to Stormy's Store. The tables already had tips on them. Also, my tip counter still said six. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

You should be able to visit Stormie and leave tips now!

For some reason there are posts on his bakery which is
Little scary for me he never had posts on his wall and he never left his
Tipped tables full.......

What cracks me up is that all the posts talk like they think there's a real person on the other end. ^_^
