level 31 is currently the highest level you can get to, more levels will be added with future updates and your city will jump to the appropriate level after the updateQuote:

Well it is a fun game. So now that I know my game didn't freeze I will be waiting for the update. It is fun. Cleaned off my whole town and redid it that was fun. Hope update gets here soon. One suggestion is to make it where if you don't clean regular your rating drops like from 4 to 3 etc....just a suggestion. Thanks
Lvl 31 9.945 mil to go to lvl 32. This is crazy.
