Beaver stump

I purchased a Beaver Stump and placed it. When I tap on it, the Beaver Bait appears for me, but when I tap on the bait to put it on the stump, nothing happens. If this matters, I only have 4 bait at the moment. Game has been restarted, and I bought the stump last night, so I have waited it out a little, too.

You need x5 bait for the Stump and you need to wait 10 mins after giving it x5 baits.

I have done numerous deliveries since this event started and still no bait! Not even one!
