[Leaderboard] Response for maximum limit Dragons

Hi, Caretakers! Special thanks to everyone who helped share information with us regarding an improper method to create Dragons beyond the limit. We appreciate your patience throughout our review. For transparency, we determined ranks and scores were not directly impacted.

Special Dragons will be removed continuously from the game board of offending accounts. Resources used on those Dragons and the Dragons are not eligible for compensation or substitution. If your game activity isn't easily described as "definitely not playing the game as intended", then you needn't worry. :)
