Trade items for other items and support

It would be nice if you could trade tickets for Gems or coins for Gems. I have bought gems and there are no bonuses. It is near impossible to earn them buy they are necessary to win and play many of the upper level bingo's.

It would also be nice if one could have a more direct means of getting to the support forum. Once tou crest a Storm8 ID you have to figure out how Tibet here and the realize the forum is under shark party.
