How do I up my rating?

My rating never goes up and I can't figure out what I am not doing. Please help!

Do u mean the rating of stars that u have? If so, u have to tour others zoo and collect the pawprints that appear as u tour.

Do they appear on each tour or only after you have done a certain number of tours?
