I'm sorry you're locked out. We've not had this issue for ages and ages. Let's start with the basic troubleshooting first. I'm going to move your post to the correct forum and ask you read the linked thread and let us know what hasn't worked for you. It's too difficult to assume anything at this point cause you've given me zero info to work with.
