The theme is a Medieval English fair. Faire is an archaic spelling for fair. The scotch egg is an English dish consisting of a hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage and bread crumbs. Then is deep fried or baked. Meadow wallpaper and tiles. Faire (fair) counters and the queen table and chair. The recipes are things served at a fair.
