Not getting collectibles

So I'm level 70 something and now with the sale bought tons of floor tiles and wallpapers..... Plus all of the redecorating I have done prior.... But I still have never received any of the normal flower collectibles that supposedly randomly drop from tile and paper purchases....

I've received lots of collectibles from all the other rows and claimed prizes several times on all the others.... Yet not a single flower collectible has dropped ever.

What on earth and can this be fixed??

Hmmm strange... not sure why you didn't get the collectibles cos I got mine when I purchased many sale items. Try deleting your game and install it again. Make sure you have your Storm8 id and password. Hope this helps.
