Parts Requests

I have a lot of neighbors so I can build a lot of appliances. For some reason, none of my parts requests after 12 PM get approved until the next day or at all, and I never get more than 12 parts per day. Is this normal or is there something I can do to fix it? Is there something wrong?

Having same issue for the last several goals. Also, a very reliable neighbor, always gifts & always answers material requests promptly, hasn't been able to gift or answer requests, daily, as usual.
I?m only receiving about 12 or 13 mr?s each day, now. I?m thinking it has something to do with the time of reset, but have never had an issue with that, before. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
