That's probably Stormie, TL's player so they can access your account when problems arise.
Some neighbors may 'disappear' if they decide to quit & delete all their neighbors.
In this situation. She can still see me. I can't see her as a neighbor. It was weird from the beginning when I added her. Her kingdom name started with the letter "o " However she was placed not alphabetically as my other neighbors. She was placed with those kingdoms starting with the letter "a".
There maybe a space before the letter 'o' so that will put her at the top of your list alphabetically. The reason for the space so they would be first for you to visit.
After you visit a neighbor they will go to the bottom of your list. Check all the way down to see if she is at the bottom.
She just notified me that she had removed me by accident. So the mystery has been solved! Thanks
