How would I just cancel a request to support on Gems accidentally spent

Hi Everyone,
How is everyone doing? I accidentally spent 16 Gems in BS when trying to ask friends for parts for the new goals that just came out.
Anyways, I was thinking it maybe too hard for them to figure out what to do about it. I guess I will just hope I don't accidentally hit the wrong thing again. How do I cancel the request, or can someone here do it for me?

Sorry to hear that. To close out your ticket number, you can reply to the email with your ticket number and have the Agent do that. Or you can continue to follow up with Support if you change your mind. Thanks.
