It should, that would encourage sales, but the last adventure goals haven't as far as I remember.

To start this part of the story line will take some time (currently only a very few IMO) and it will take some time to complete.

The adventures from the Barracks have the same chance to drop the three ingredients as the adventures from the King's Keep/Queen's Court :)
