I'm not that good at math. But someone who is calculated it for tipping in RS. I suspect the programming is similar in Farm. Hope this helps.

I tip my 21 neighbours every day, and randomly community members depending on the time I have, it's enough to keep a 4 star rating.
I don't know if the games are different, but I found it much harder to keep a 4 star rating in BS, with over 100 neighbours and I just couldn't keep up, dropping regularly back to 3 stars. That's the reason why I chose to play only one game at once anyway...too much stress destroys the fun aspect :p
