Hi,
It is very nice that you finally changed the rules so that if someone terminates a battle at the middle they lose the crowns.
The problem is that "legitimate" game crashes are resulting in lose of crowns too!!!:mad::mad::mad:
For 3 times in the last 2 days the game crashed on me and when I go back I lose the crowns. And its not like this game is the most stable app to begin with!
I want my crowns back!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, these will be counted as a loss and you will lose the associated Crowns for that battle. To prevent this from occurring, we suggest closing any apps you may have running in the background. Doing this may free up some resources to improve the performance in your game.
That's well and good to close other apps in the background, but what about devices that do not allow multiple apps to run simultaneously? For example, every single Apple hand-held device on the market today. Sooner or later you guys have to admit that this may be on FireMocha's/Storm8's end, and not on the users end.Quote:

I have been having the same problem. I have 3 devices and 3 accounts it happens on every one. But, it only happens if my crowns are above 1550 or somewhere in that area. I am extremely active I attack around 150 times a day between my 3 accounts. More if farming. When my crowns are below 1550 it has yet to happen. However as soon as i get above that level it happens at least once a day. I have a stable connection at home as well as my office but it happens at both places as well as at friend's houses. I have had other members in my alliance test this and none have had it happen when under 1550. However everyone who is higher has had it happen many times in the past few weeks. I keep records of crash times and opponents faced when crashes occur. But this problem is a cause of great frustration among many players throughout the game.
I concur, this game crashes far too frequently to far too many people. I also do not have anything "running in the background" and a stable internet connection. I don't get kicked out of any other game? It's an obvious glitch on the part of Fire Mocha. And, nice that the filter wont let you say "glitch." Wouldn't want to say what is really wrong.
Agree... I press find match and the game crash before i can see my first opponent, but still i lost my crown...
This is so frustrating, i hope FM can fix this... I lost many crowns for this game crash...
Frozen, I have lost about 200 crowns in the 5 days through this bug. Every time i recover the crowns I lose them again through game crash! I think that you guys have reduced the number of servers for the game and now it is not stable anymore! This is not fair. I want my crowns back!!
And it just happened again!! Game crashed, I lost crowns again!
i cannot connect to facebook. that's why i cannot access my old acct. while other apps can..

I lost 86 Crowns for no reason. I had no other apps Open and didn't start a attack. Thats not fair! Some battled the Whole Day for it. I want my Crowns back!! Thanks

Frozen Turtle, please give us some hope. The boiler-plate response is not really helpful. Most people in my alliance are closing down background apps. We are still encountering this issue. This has only been a problem for a month or so. Clearly something has changed in the app or perhaps how KC is interacting with ios changes. It would be much appreciated if the problem was escalated to the development team. Thank you for your consideration.
I was amongst the first to be in this game! It used to be fun way back before! Somehow Kingdom Clash has lost its touch! We tried our best to reach maxed defense, maxed troops and maxed base and its not easy! FM took out a lot from us and all we wanted was fair game! This game crashes and losing crowns apparently not coming from our side coz my wifi is strong and I never had this problem with other applications, only in KINGDOM CLASH!!! We lose gems, we lose our troops and somehow FM gets away with it! This is my first post and I am not active with this forums but yes...IT MADE ME POST coz the game is very poor now!
I am not the earliest group of players but I also started this game quite early, We didn't have this problem in old days, i think it's time to upgrade your server as so many players now, there are many things that ****ing this game, certainly this is one of them!
We all experience that! It is horrible and almost drives me nuts. You can do what ever you want. Often I play for two hours win 7 times, and zzzzzzzz..... Breakdown in the middle of an attack. All lost! All the hard work, gems, time, nerves! I am sorry for all the players that loose crowns like that. Also my competitors.
If I try to report that to FM I get this "please close all other Apps.... your internet connection ..." message. As if there was a top10 player who does not know that!!! I only play at home at my super fast stable internet. All apps closed and much more almost paranoid precaution. But it still happens. At the moment there are several problems, but this is the worst of them! Please fix that! (And the stupid Word Filter! *lol* )
Dear FT, it happens twice to me today, I lost 80 crowns, and you know how hard is to find some at top level.
This bug is destroying the game, most of our top player are very upset for this.
LET THE DEVELOPER TO FIX THIS.

What drives me even more crazy is that FM standard reply:
"system may crash because you lost internet connection" ... "recommend to close all other apps" bla bla bla.... no matter what you wrote in the message. AS IF A TOP10 PLAYER WOULD NOT KNOW THAT?!?!?!?!
I lost 59 crowns today and wasn't even logged on, nor was I attacked!! I wrote FM support but after reading the posts in this thread I have little faith anything will be done. It is a shame that what could be a great game has little to no support.Quote:

Today the players in my alliance has lost alot of crown :bo6 lost 120 crown khoai tay lost 100 crown ensen lost 100 crown .Was yesterday and the day before we're both lost crown.We are very sad������.Please do us happy. Thank you!
I am loosing an average of 60 crowns per day by hitting attack and having the game crash befor I even see an opponent. I am so frustrated I am going to quit all fire mocha games if this is not fixed.
It's sad to think that this issue is still going on. I have just experience a lose of crowns while searching for a match. I wasn't attacking just looking for a base to attack when the game crash and lost crowns. Its not the first time this has happen its quite often making it difficult to compete for rankings. I have not been able to get pass the 2000k mark because I find myself always making up a crown lose because of a game crash. You guys need to do something about this.

Interestingly most of these players who posted quit playing due to ur inability to fix this issue. You currently have neW players mostly kids who rather flood global with nonsense than play. I start crowning and this happens I'll be gone too. Even this new forum system is bugged too. Gee guys, where do you find your people you are paying? Game is not the only one with bugs, even the new updated forum does😳
