After completing the tales and hatching the Juliette dragon, I chose to craft the three farm boosts instead of the Crown Jewel dragon, and received only one 10x boost.

This is a known cosmetic issue since we began offering boosts as craft rewards. You always receive 3, but it doesn’t visually update until you refresh the view. Relaunching is a way to refresh.
