Can any one help me out I completed two collections and was given my pets I added to my shop and both have disappeared but there pean is still there and but wean I click on the pean it says to buy again

This happened to me too - try putting the pen in storage and then taking it out again. Then I think the only way to permanently fix is to buy a mate
