Move mermaid crafts if player has no current goals

Now that I have finished the mermaid quests it would be great if those crafts moved further down in the kitchen and magic forge, as I have no need for them.

It would be much better if the items that are always useful for the normal adventures and trades were still at the top.

I mistakenly started cooking some ocean hors d'oeuvres which will just sit in inventory :(
