Gems taken for nothing and before confirming purchase

More than 80 gems were taken while I was checking the content of the crates. I didn?t press the buy but gems deducted anyway, NO additions to the inventory! And the number of gems taken was random! 22 gems were taken when I was checking the content of the 12-gem rose crate!😡😡😡😡😡
Sent email to support for two day but still no reply.

When you tap on the crates in the market, you buy it and the popup is the prize you won. Support unfortunately does not undo in game purchases.

1. The items aren?t my inventory!
2. The number of gems taken is more than the listing. 22 taken for a 12- gem crate.
