Can anyone help???? I'm on level 851 and had 400+ rubies. Today when I logged in it takes me to level (851). But says it is locked. It shows all other levels locked as well, except level 1 and 2. I have logged in and out of Facebook and Game Center, and still no change. It now also only says I have 20 rubies.

You can contact Support via support form and have an agent to check your account.
Appreciate the help, however it does not appear that storm wants to help me :(

Can you log into you Game Center and restart the app to see your game progress?
