Where is all my glimmer dust going?

I seem to collect glimmer dust every day but it never shows up.
I have been trying to build something for weeks but it requires 40 glimmer dust and it says I have only collected 2. :p

Have you been making super glue for Ivy's hut? If so that takes glimmerdust

I have but have also been given dust and collected it and about half of it never shows up in my inventory.

So you check your level, collect from mushrooms, see how much you get from that, check your inventory and the full amount hasn't been added?

Same with me only my issue is fish.
