Faerie harp worth it?

I'm considering buying the Faerie Harp. Is it worth 25 gems? Does it drop anything?

Don't buy it... It's just decoration, drops nothing AND you also get one as a reward during the faerie quest line (around the time of the tea party), in addition to a butterfly faerie flower.

Ps. During those sets of goals, you also craft a rose arch and faerie flowerbed.
