Looking for the boho dress from FS Spring runway

I'm looking for the boho dress that appears on the blonde girl on the title screen of FS spring runway version. We were given a mannequin of it but the clothes never appeared in the closet or as a catalog. Is it in one of the mystery boxes?

There is no catalog or avatar items from the Boho mannequin. I have no idea why this is, TL just seems to like putting the better clothing on the mannequins :/
