Losing friends

is it just me? Ever since storm8 took over the games. Especially RS and BS. I've been losing my long time neighbors! Just lost another today. It's mainly due to the goals! And I don't blame them! I've had 10 year friends quit. In fact if anything. I too have been thinking about it. I keep losing in game coin by doing these goals. At least when they did them the old way, Which was a month long almost. I could finish goals without rushing as well as earn coin. Heck, even had surgery at one point, and wasn't worried about finishing! My 1 one bakery hasn't been able to expand for this reason alone! Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It's almost not worth playing them anymore. In fact, sometimes I even use a few gems to keep up! Thnx not sure where to post. So feel free to move in correct forum.
