Assuming this is the one you're asking about, you'll be able to find it under the "Appliances" tab in the design menu. On the bottom right corner of your screen, tap the design button; then tap the appliances tab (3rd from the right), and keep scrolling until you find it.

Note that this oven will be locked until you complete a set of goals. You can find instructions on that goal set here.
