GENERAL INFORMATION TO PLAYERS:

There is a new version of the game available - you can check if you have version 2.3.6 in game - open the MENU | HELP/FAQ screen and then on the lower right side is the number of the game. If you don't have this version, you may need to reinstall the app. This version corrects the missing dialogue issue.

Monster Hunt and Leaderboard Information

The following notes have been generally consistent from season to season. Season specific information may be posted in the respective discussion thread.

* Check you can spawn monsters!
* Pink Skunkupines don't drop tokens when you defeat them. They might spawn from pink and wedding alicorns.
* There are a range of horses and similar that will spawn the purple glimmer golem. Refer to link below for more information.
* Trolls may be included but they change from being included season to season.
* Monsters also drop their normal items in addition to the tokens.
* Do the Bronze Hunter Trade if you are nearly maxed on Shield tokens so that they don't go to waste.
* A Level 5 Jousting Arena will spawn a monster on every collection. Link to Jousting Arena Renovations thread.
* The Mythic Research Center (from L22) crafts are available to craft anytime if you have the tokens.
* If it's your first Monster Hunt, the new trades might appear after you do 1 of any trade in the Trade Wagon.
* Remember to collect from Princess Lorelei's fountain for a chance at gold tokens (about a 1 in 3 drop rate)

* BLUE DIRE BOARS will only spawn once a day.

Why on why are the goal rewards Crowns and not Council Scrolls? :confused:

It's been a long, long time since I've had anything to spend crowns on and I suspect this is the case for most high level players.

Ditto !! I have done all the academy tasks, without buying scrolls but now have more than enough to do all the academy tasks again. It’s been a couple of yrs since town hall characters have been available using crowns (seems only gem spends count now). However I don’t have enough council scrolls to do any of the council tasks in my blue book. Please can we have more council scrolls as rewards !! Was surprised when the MH LB for everyone was 10 academy scrolls. Seems that only those who bother to do this LB and place 1st or 2 nd win a rat, and no new craft in MRC. A bit disappointing . oh well, will just do some crafting to upgrade buildings and maybe rearrange items to fill the time till new event starts next week :blue:

Does anyone know what the Rat will drop?

I unfortunately missed the mysterious man way back when, and am also relying on events to give out council scrolls for prizes, or better yet sell the mysterious man to us in the market! I?m only at 85 council scrolls therefore I can?t unlock any of the new council characters.

The prize in the MH LB at 2300 points was not academy scrolls, it was 10 scrolls, therefore it sits alone in inventory.

Not wanting a mean looking rat in my realm. Nice drops, but no thanks.
