Anyone know how to save the game's data before reset phone ?

Is anyone know how to save the Fashion Story's game's data & level before i send the phone to reset / update software ? Because i was told that all games applications i installed will be deleted.I need to re-download & install again after i get back my phone.Is it possible to log in using our Storm8 ID & password after re-download & install the game again ?? Can we still can continue playing the game from the level when we stop ?? Please help me,because i will send my phone to reset by tomorrow ...Thanks for help ... :confused:

It's saved on tl's servers. Your games will be fine.

Thats correct. Whenever you restart your device or re-install the game, it will always be saved.

When you restore your device you can lose data from other games, but with the Team Lava games, the games plus your data is saved on their servers, so you just have to redownload the games and you should be where you left off .

Hi,Thanks so much for all the replies.

Do you know, how do they recognize me is the same user ? They recognize my phone number or my phone ? What if i put my sim card ( my phone number ) into another samsung galaxy phone ?

Your games are saved on their servers by your storm ID. Whenever you download your first TL game and set up your first Storm ID, all other TL games (and I think Storm 8 games)
will automatically have the same Storm ID.

I acutally just did a complete restore on my iphone though itunes (I backed up before restoring) and all my TL games were still there and I did not have re down load them.
If I had lost one, I would of just had to redownload from the app store.,
