Hi, I've bought the Winter Wonderland habitat on sale for 200 gems but it took me away 400 gems! When I placed the habitat in my forest it only took 200 gems but after closing and reopening the game I noticed that 400 gems were missing! How can i have my gems back?

I've bought the limited habitat from the featured tab before it disappeared and it was on sale. Hope an agent will help me soon, I need my gems back.
