The case of the missing Lady Winter.

I completed the task of 2300. I got lady winter however all the sudden she disappeared. Please advise how to proceed.
Has any other player had the same problem.

I completed all parts of the quest and I received Lady Winter which I placed. Next thing I know she is gone. Already contacted storm 8 on Sunday and I am waiting on a response. I guess a monster took her

This time of year it's not unusual to wait 1-2 weeks before your ticket will be attended to. Holidays and skeleton staff will add to time needed to get to it. If it's stil open then that's a good sign. Hope it won't be too much longer for you.
