I agree with SummerSwan.
Since it has all the same standard adventures as our Keeps, it's pretty much the same thing just with doubled timers. The drops you get from adventures are dependent on which adventure you choose, not which building you use; at least that's my understanding of it. Like, if I'm hoping for monster traps I'll do Feral Lands Adventures on both buildings and my Barracks drop the traps just as often as the Keep in my experience.
