I'm on the same boat as ya~ original email was sent on Oct 19th, still no word from TL support...thx for sharing your story~ at least I know I'm not the only one still without 100 gems after 3 weeks~ GL

I did sent them another email to find out why they still have not get to my 1st ticket.
The support just asked if my problems are solved (Told them not yet), then they copy + paste a message telling me how the engineers have given all the affected players compensation gems, then they ask me to reply the email if I have more problems....zzz so basically I was asked twice if I still have problem~
I reply their email, letting them know that yes..I still need help~ Then the support just told me that they will redirect the email/problem to the engineers....
Been another 3~4 days..who knows when I'll hear from them again~~

Well same for me... Havent recieve any replies or the 50 gems yet... It has been like what? 3 weeks?... I didn't spam them as I will find it annoying too... So I seriously do not know what to do now....
Did you get an automated email back at all from support? Did you check your spam box to make sure as well?
If you did recieve an automated response,reply back to that saying your issue has not been addressed and you've not recieved any compensation.if you're recieved no emails at all,try again you usually get an automated response back very quickly.
Yup I did receive the automated reply... And also finally got a real reply from TL saying that they will look into the issue.. Let's hope I don't have to remind them again..
Tomorrow will be 1 month since the compensation gems were given out, my ticket status still says "NEW".
Just curious.....Am I the only one still sitting here without compensation gems?
*I just update my ticket once again asking support to update me on my ticket status, hope I'll hear from them this time~
