Try clearing out your background running apps by doing the following steps...
Double click your home button. Click and hold down on one of the apps that appears at the bottom of the screen until they start to wiggle. A red minus sign will appear in the corner of each of those apps. Click the red minus sign until all the apps gone. Press the home button to close that box. Then try to open your app. This usually helps and if motif may require TL's assistance.
I have the current iOS version on my phone
I tried clearing out my background apps but the game still won't open. I have all the current updates of the game and I have the current iOS version on my phone. I'm not sure what's wrong but it has been over a week that I haven't been able to open my games
I am having problems regarding upgrading buildings. I recently upgraded my deep mine to level 3 and the next time I went to play the deep mine had gone back to level 2 and I lost all the materials I used.
Also, I upgraded the Glimmerbat Habitat to the last level and when I went back to play it had reverted back and I'm missing the glimmerbat and the materials I used.
This has happened when I was upgrading the librerry and the sawmill, as well.
My game version is 1.1.6 and I'm playing on a 4th generation iPod.
Since the system was down i cant log into the game. It says i need an internet connection. But most, though not all, other TL games are working fine for me....
Make sure you synced with the servers before playing. Either restart your device before playing, or when you come into the game go visit a neighbor first to make sure you are synced with the servers.
Also try closing any other applications running in the back ground.
If you are still having issues, try deleting and redownloading the game.
