Can?t log into game

I cannot log into fashion story on my iPad or iPhone my software is iOS 12.2 Is there any update on when this will be fixed?

I deleted and reinstalled the game on my iPhone (it’s weird the music plays) but the game still won’t load.. what can I do?

I cannot log into Fashion Story, but I can get into my other games.

I'm having the same issue. I hope they sort this out soon.

I sent a ticket to support storm8 and was told they have minimal assistance available for Fashion Story and couldn’t address individual issues, ok but it’s not just me it’s a lot of people ��
