* You can have 40 Town buildings. The number of these buildings you can have is limited to your total town building count. (Updated June 2015)
* lower levelled players can't have as many of each type as stated above.
* to get more, you may need to sell a building in the same category. Eg sell a conservatory to build another library; or sell a cottage or 3 to build a marketplace.
* it may not be an equal sell 1 buy 1. You may need to sell more than 1.

Heads up: After I upgraded to level 2, I got an auto-starting 3-day goal to update to level 3. It's optional, in that the event continues even if you don't do it, but it does reward a crate. So if you want more fireworks crates, you may want to be past 15 on the glimmer pieces before upgrading.
