I am wondering how 4 of my neighbors so far today that I have visited have a 7th factory. Has anyone else noticed this; or know how to do it? It's been the idea factory that I have seen.

I am not playing anymore, but I checked and my game is showing 6 is the limit.

I noticed this same thing. But the "7th" Factory was in the same position as one of my Factories. So the game was just displaying the image of one of my factories in the same spot, when visiting Neighbor cities. It wasn't that the Neighbor has 7.
Hope that makes sense. I just put it down as a peculiar bug, and think it went away once I had closed/reopened the app.
