Ever since this "update" I have to feed my pets twice, feed them the it "processes" and d?j? vu, have to do it all over again. What really sucks is if I get a tool or gem from the first feeding, it doesn't save it and of course I dot receive it on the second feeding. Kinda makes me wonder if this happens on purpose...I mean this is a TL game. Sheesh
I also experienced the same thing, except I could not collect again from my pets.
Are you closing out your game after playing?
Do you visit neighbors first or do other actions before collecting from your pets?
I was able to experience the same issue too, I have forwarded this information over to the team. :)
Considering I rarely exit the game on my own, meaning it crashes, yes I force close the game. I force close all my games when getting kicked off or log off. As far as when I get on I can't say I always visit a neighbor before feeding my pets or animals. Tbh probably not. I will start to do that though, thank you.
