Ok, don't panic. You just need to go into another game like Bakery Story, one with a login feature and sign in again. Use the same password as the forum. Here are the instructions. Don't worry, this can be normal if you haven't done it before. It shouldn't do it again though...
You might just actually need to force close you game - do that first and see if it comes back as L1 and if not, follow this:
1) download a game with a login feature, (eg Bakery Story). DO NOT DOWNLOAD CASTLE YET.
2) if using Bakery... play for a minute until you see the Storm8 blue symbol on the top right hand side. CLICK ON IT.
3. click Account Settings
4. click on Log in to Another Account
5. enter your Storm8 ID and password
6. it will give you a list of ALL of your Storm8 games and ask you whether you want to transfer them all..... SAY PROCEED!
7. All your games under that Storm ID will now be recognized on your new device. You just need to download the Apps again.
Okay I just reinstalled and it is at level 1 and asked if I am a boy or a girl :/

Hi! I'm really not sure where to post this but I've seen you run a lot on the site so I hope posting here is okay. I'm wondering about game size. Castle story is taking up 2.10 GB on my phone which only has 16 GB storage. It says the app size is 87.58 MB and the data size is 2.02. My friend on iPhone said her game only takes up 200 MB. Is there something wrong with mine? We are both level 50 and she has way more items in her kingdom and 500 more neighbors than me.
Also I just noticed that I mentioned my lower account and what games I did for free gems in the "complete task for gems" thread back in December if that helps any✨
Thx, definitely appreciate it. After 2-3 hrs, I was able to get my old phone on and took pics of my old game pics stored on there. No much, but it does show the screenshots of my IDs from where I was logged into both. Further more, it narrows down the time frame of my last login to that account. February during that valentines event (didn't complete), and another screenshot for one of the free gem offers I was working on. I can also add that I bought gems for that account 1-2 times. The smaller pack. All is extremely appreciated!!
That's the problem, all info I have for my secondary account was/is on my old phone which is barely above being scrap. Battery bulging and port issues make getting on the phone the equivalent of a Mission Impossible movie😣😂
And almost all of the fields on the support ticket are *Required* fields. Because it's been 2-3 months since I have been on that account, I can not answer all those questions. Ugh. Story of my life. This is the exact same reason I had to abandon my first queendom when I came back from sabbatical and start anew with my current one.

Quick question, is there another way to recover login info for an account without filling out all those "REQUIRED" fields in the support form??
They are asking things that I can not remember, and have no way of answering as my last log in to my secondary account was over 2mos. ago. The account was created back in Oct. 2017, RogueNation88, and I did link my original account to it via message board for easy search means. Any and all help/advice is always appreciated.

The ones i have lately are repeating the same thing at least twice. Is that what you called ?roll back?? I hope they will get that fixed soon. It?s very annoying though.
