Well, Norman just about finished her work here as I arrived (pretty simultaneously with GM).
I think I might know what you mean...and in my newness, I pressed the Report! button. Obviously, it doesn't work...so that was a fail.
But I know what you mean. I've read through old threads (unfortunately, unlike you, I am not a Mod-I don't have any specific jobs to do, so I have plenty of time to do so if I ever feel like seeing heightened tensions)
It's a bit like the spam over at FM...

It isn't, but especially not in that way. I mean, I don't personally care in the slightest if I am defamed. But the way that s/he had such a violent outburst...I mean, it's a game!
