No I'm actually living in america until january and then will return to Australia

Yeah my sleep schedule is horrible - been like this for years. Sleep aids don't work too well, and I hate the way I feel if I take them. So I just deal with it - you kind of get used to it though. Oh wow, some tall folks in your family.

Well then hanging out it is. Yeah I remember those days, though I'm not working now I can't sleep past 8:30 - and have been waking up earlier then that. I usually go to sleep between 12-3, and I have very very bad sleep habits (sleep 1-2 hours then I'm up - then takes a long time to go back to sleep - then another 1-2 hours sleep - I sleep in total about 4-5 hours on a good night). Wow, he is going to be tall. My sister thinks my nephew might end up about 6 feet - though I'm not sure.

Ok cool, yeah that would work - I do a lot of substituting already to put in meat/fish that I like. Yeah I'm on laptop - but I hear ya. I use my phone a lot and the iphone little keys drive me nuts sometimes if it's a lot to type out.

I've never heard of that procedure. Less pain and downtime is always a good thing though. Wow that's some age range - at least they are are close enough in age to play with each other (or is it considered hanging out or something else now? can't keep up with all the hip cool kids talk).

Sure, I love to try recipes. Found a good recipe for hummus that's lower calorie and fat then regular and a few other good ones that are light and on the more healthy side. I can send some of those your way if you're interested. Ah, you mean like soy meat? I eat soy meat - I like soy actually - which is good for me - it's one thing I can usually have. I use a lot of chicken breast ground meat - love it. Picks up flavor good too - but it's good on its own (though it is a bit bland on its own - but I still like it without seasoning).

Oh how nice - sounds like a full day. Yeah I can imagine that it is easier to transport 2 children compared to 4. That's a full group. What are the age ranges if you don't mind my asking.

I haven't even gotten to the bread part yet. Will for sure need to try out a few though - hopefully not as dry as store bought. I love sushi. I like chicken and fish and pork (sometimes) and of course seafood. I used to eat red meat when I was younger, but now it just does not set well with me (it's the smell really lol). Testers are good to have - can really help nail a recipe.

Ah, I see. I've heard the cinnamon was good for the heart - I add it to coffee - so I have it every morning.
