Well you better hurry. I'm sure that right now the developers are not working on a gem confirmation button but ARE quite busy trying to see how best they can prevent ios users from transferring to android and back again.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were removed. That is why i didn't post how to do it. They don't like people thinking outside their silly little box.
