I think you are referring to Bakery after I looked at the recipes, but yeah. it's a goal oven so you need to complete goals to unlock it.

If you are on iOS or Android, Did you happen to download/install the valentine's version?
To unlock the rose oven in Bakery or Fondue for two in Restaurant (not sure which you are referring to) you will need to complete the goals to unlock those ovens.

Try restarting your device. If still issues, try storing the door, then place it back out.

I do not think one has been released. Have you checked your regular game for updates?

Gold sales go out randomly to different games. I do not know when or the sales will be offered to.
